Profiles in Improvement

2022 held uncertainties for the federal workforce but also promises of change and new directions. Agencies are already working hard to improve in all areas of employee engagement and satisfaction. 

We talked to a subset of agencies that improved their scores or ranking in selected categories in order to identify best practices, new ideas and strategies for success. Although these agencies represent a small fraction of those that improved, others can apply these successes to create a better employee experience.

Diversity, Equity, Inclusion and Accessibility

The DEIA category measures employees’ perceptions regarding how committed their agency is to the tenets of diversity, equity, inclusion and accessibility.
