Mission
To direct and manage headquarters and geographically dispersed operations installations; to oversee regional operating program, technical, assessment and program management activities; to direct studies and actions to improve the operational effectiveness and efficiency of its components; to promote systems and operational integration and defines user needs in the strategic planning process; to determine automation support needs for Operations components; to oversee the coordination and implementation of SSA’s policies for the electronic delivery of Agency services to the public.
